is an 8a Joint Venture (JV) formed under the Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor Protégé Program to support civilian, military, and federal government clients.

is comprised of A-Tech Systems, Inc. (A-Tech) and F-Concepts, Inc. (F-Concepts). A-Tech and F-Concepts are successful engineering, communications, and information technology (IT) companies with a 21st Century Quality Management System. F-Concepts is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
